I have been doing a lot of work at the library. It's been pretty fulfilling. I am getting great at the planning stages of work and I'm doing some great implementation of my plans. I've also been weeding books from the collection. That's been fun. Super super fun. I think that a collection will only circulate when the collection is manageable.
